This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from the Pattern Swirl shop.
Digital products
All shop products are digital PDF patterns delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
When we will help
We want you to be happy with your pattern. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- Your file is corrupted, will not open, or you did not receive your download link.
- You were charged twice for the same pattern.
- The pattern contains an error that makes it impossible to complete.
In these cases we will send a corrected file or a replacement link, or issue a refund where a fix is not possible.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts, and by completing checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
How to request help
Email contact@patternswirl.com with your order email address, the pattern name and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our checkout provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
