Pattern Swirl is a reader-supported website. To keep our crochet patterns and tutorials free, we earn money through affiliate links and advertising. This page explains how that works.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Pattern Swirl is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and other Amazon stores.
Other affiliate programs
We may also work with other yarn shops, craft retailers and online course platforms. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission.
What this means for you
- You never pay more because you used our link — the price is the same.
- Commissions help cover hosting, yarn and the time it takes to design and test patterns.
- We only recommend hooks, yarn and tools that suit the project we are writing about.
- Our opinions are our own and are never influenced by commissions.
Which links are affiliate links?
Affiliate links usually appear in materials lists, supply boxes and product recommendations within posts. Any page that may contain affiliate links is covered by this disclosure, and posts with affiliate links include a short notice.
Advertising
The Site may display ads served by Google AdSense and other ad networks. Ad content is chosen by the ad network, not by us, and an ad does not mean we endorse the product. Read how ads use cookies in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
